Following a recent brand refresh, we worked closely with the practice to roll out their new softer, boutique-style identity across the business, ensuring it reflected the welcoming, professional environment they have created for their patients.
A rebrand is about much more than a new logo. Making a brand work consistently across every customer touchpoint is where the real value lies. Using the refreshed identity, we applied the new branding across a wide range of materials including a new website and mini brochure, external and internal signage, pavement signage and an external flag, alongside day-to-day patient touchpoints such as appointment cards, business cards, folders, posters, review cards and branded pens.
